Hi Esther, There is a Matchmaker option to bring other models along with the one that is being moved. If you are using the Matchmaker GUI, it's in the Fitting tab: "If one model being matched, also move these models along with it". https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/tools/matchmaker.html
