Hi, Chimera allows one to map the CC between two maps onto a map and color the surface using the following commands: vop localCorrelation #0 #1 scolor #0 volume #2 cmap 0.6,red:0.7,white:1,blue I'm having difficulty executing the second command -mapping the values onto the first volume and assigning colors. Any help would be appreciated. Best wishes, Reza Reza Khayat, PhD Assistant Professor City College of New York Department of Chemistry New York, NY 10031

Hello Reza, Do you mean you are using ChimeraX? In that case you’d use the “color" command instead of Chimera’s scolor, currently something like color #1 map #3 palette 0.6,red:0.7,white:1,blue <http://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/commands/color.html#map> Syntax may change slightly later, but that’s the way it is now. Also bear in mind that model numbers start at 1 in ChimeraX (no #0). I hope this helps, Elaine ---------- Elaine C.
