Hi Shohaib, The most common cause of ChimeraX not starting is the system graphics driver is broken or inadequate. Updating the graphics driver is the only solution for that. Also I think ChimeraX creates a "ChimeraX Debug" system menu entry and if you try to start it with that it shows a console window where you might see an error message about why it failed to start.
