I am a new user of chimera and I already have a question.
I have an protonated aspartic acid in my protein and I was wondering,
is it possible to add hydrogen atom to aspartic acid with chimera?

hi i had a following problem while install the chimera
on linux,
./chimera
OpenGL misconfiguration detected.
/usr/lib/libGL.so.1 differs from
/usr/X11R6/lib/libGL.so.1.
Please read installation instructions.
