Hi,
I am a new user of chimera and I already have a question.
I have an protonated aspartic acid in my protein and I was wondering,
is it possible to add hydrogen atom to aspartic acid with chimera?
Thanks
Virginie
Hi Sangeetha,
If you want to run Chimera you should get one of the compiled
distributions on the download page:
http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html
The source code you downloaded is for Chimera developers who are
developing additional Chimera tools. It does not include executables
and it is not simple to produce executables from the source code.
