Hi Joshua, Despite what the PhenixUI page says (and my apologies for it being inaccurate), but the latest version of the PhenixUI bundle requires features that are only available in the ChimeraX daily build, so you would need the daily build in order to install it. If you only have access to the 1.10.1 version of ChimeraX, you could download the 1.3.9 version of the bundle and install it with "toolshed install path-to-downloaded-bundle".
