Hi Antón,
ChimeraX does not have a "swapna" command currently, although it does have "swapaa". You can see the list of commands using menu: Help... User Guide.
There is also a copy of the ChimeraX User Guide at our website, but it may be newer than the version of the program that you have downloaded:
<https://rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/index.html>
In the meanwhile, you can use Chimera for "swapna" and save a PDB file, then read it into ChimeraX if you want.
I hope this helps,
Elaine

Hello,
I am working on a figure in ChimeraX. None of the nucleotide styles seem to be working for me, whether inputted from the button command on the menu bar or from the command line. The log indicates the command is accepted without error, but there is no visual change to the model.

Dear ChimeraX staff,
I am sorry to bother you. I used ChimeraX to analyze the two protein complexes. I followed the guide for interactive H-Bond Histogram, but I still can not get the interaction amino acid of two proteins like the examples in ChimeraX Web

I am wondering whether you can provide me with more detailed guide for H-Bond histogram function. I do appreciate your help.
